....and bait/switch tactics. After several years of loyalty to this company, I'm cutting ties like so many others have recommended. I can no longer handle their deceiving bait/switch tactics and fluctuating costs. After spending yet another full hour on the phone with customer service today, and admitting to their mistakes, the best deal the loyalty department could come up with was more than an another advertised deal on the internet. Seriously, what has happened to customer service and customer loyalty over the last five to ten years?
