My experience with xfinity used to be good until I moved to my new home. Our new house does not have a nod for some reason. We went to the store and talked to staffs there for almost ten times. Everytime they said a technician would go to check and then let the construction department know then they will dig a hole and bury the line. OK. Fine. Everytime we believe somebody will come to do to the work. However, by now almost one month passed, nobody ever showed up to dig the hole and bury the line. Nobody know when that can happen. Nobody tell us when the internet can really get installed. Until now, I still have no idea when the problem can be solved. Anybody here can answer my questions or help expedite the process.
