Three and a half month wait for serviceability - and counting...

I’ve been in touch with Comcast since December 2019 trying to get confirmation of my home’s serviceability. I have a request number I can provide, and my surrounding neighbors have Comcast service. I don’t live in a rural area, my next door neighbor who uses Comcast lives 10 feet away from me. I keep talking to new people every time I call - every one is kind and says they will reach back out, but I have only ever received a follow up call once in this almost four month long period. I don’t understand, I WANT to pay for this service, why can’t I get a clear answer or help? Conveniently, my neighbor called Comcast today so I spoke with the representative who came to their home. He took a look at the piping for our home and let us know that we should be able to schedule an installation and that everything is set up otherwise.

I am in desperate need for help and don’t know what to do to get it. Please.
