Three Complaints About COmcast Customer Support (well, four, actually)

  1. Xfinity price hikes on equipment and services are frequent and excessive.  I just keep knocking down the services to keep my price constant, and even those are stupidly high.  Can't wait for satellite internet to undercut Xfinity!

 

  1. When I call customer support to request to reduce my customer services, I'm asked to verify the last four digits of my SS.  PLEASE get away from requiring me to verify my SS, IT's NOT YOUR BUSINESS!

 

  1. My Xfinity invoice says that customer service is available 24/7, but when I just called to reduce my services, I'm told to call back during 'regular business hours'.  I guess you're customer support is open 24 hours, but not in a row!?

 

  1. I cannot find anywhere to send these complaints directly to Xfinity (or Comcast), so I'll post them here and other places to make them public.
