I had a new cable run on April 19th, and it has not been buried yet. I did a chat session with support a week ago to report this, but still have not heard from anyone regarding the work being done. @ComcastAmir seems to be helping people out on this forum - any help here?

there has been an orange cable running through my garden and then on over to the next condo unit and is a trip hazard for the neighbors unit. this is a 55+ community and this cable needs to be buried. We certainly do not want someone getting hurt by your negligence of burying the cable. This cable has been unburied for about 2+ months.
