There is an orange cable in my yard

I have moved in more than 4 months ago and xfinity has not buried the orange cable as promised by the installation technician. When I tried reaching out to Customer Service via phone I was told that they could not help me. Please bury my cable so that I can take care of my lawn properly!?

Good afternoon, Dan_Ramos. Thanks for posting here! 4 months is a long time to wait. Some areas do have holds on cable buries during certain times of the year because of typical weather related conditions. You've been very patient and we appreciate that.
