I had a technician come today to set up for the internet because we just moved to the new apartment. And when he came he just gave us the equipment and that’s okay because it is very easy to set it up but he said he was going outside to check the lines and told me that he was coming back in 10 to 15 mins but he never came back and our internet is not working. So I called the customer service and told him what happened and he just laughs saying they were having a same issues with technician which proves that you xfinity is aware of the problem but not fixing it? Plus there is no available spot until two day. But we have to work from home and there are no cafes open in California. Because it was xifinitys fault should you send the technician on the same day if not at least first thing in the morning on the next day??
