Why are we charged did Internet. You need to send customers rebate checks, refunds or adjustments to their bill every month that we where in quarantine. When I need the internet to work the most it’s dead or bad connectivity. The only answer is reboot which never works and people get sick of doing that daily. If your agents are home working why can’t they answer chat? This is so frustrating it’s like your taking advantage because you know we need internet and provide poor services
