The cable from my house is sagging about a foot off the ground. Everytime I try to call, I get a message that Comcast is working on getting my service back. I have service but I am afraid that this cable will break under the weight of the snow. This is preventable but I can't speak with anyone at Comcast. What do I do now before there is damage.
