The address you entered could not be recognized.

I am an existing customer and am planning to move to another house at the end of this month. However, when I request to transfer the service, this message popped up, "The address you entered could not be recognized."

Is the house in an area serviced by Comcast?

I understand my new neighbors have Xfinity services. But I don't think my previous tenant uses Xfinity service.
