I'm not sure exactly how long I've had my Comcast account, but probably in the range of 10 years. Every year my bill goes up (because my special offer period expires). In order to bring the price back in line I have to play the "I'm leaving you!" game with the retention department.
I'm currently playing nearly $200/mo for services advertised to new customers for a fraction of that price.
Is there any CC rep on this forum who can save me the time/effort of navigating the phone queue and just give me a reasonable offer?
