Terrible way to start your customer service

Signed up. Installation day was today. I received 2 text notifications telling me the technician was on the way and had arrived. Job done. Equipment dropped off.
Problem is, no one ever showed. Definitely didn’t drop off any equipment at my door. No one can tell me where my equipment or my technician was.. so who’s to blame here??
