I have been a customer since June 2017 and I have received nothing less than terrible service for an expensive price. My latest bill was 262 and the day after I paid it, my box went completely out. Just gone. Won’t turn on or anything. I called and it was like the rep wasn’t even listening to me. I asked for a supervisor and she didn’t listen to me. Now I’m waiting until the HOLIDAY for a tech. I have never missed a bill. But I have never received quality service from this company.
Did you unplug the box and then plug it back in? Tried another outlet?
