Terrible customer Service

Yesterday I called Xfinty-Comcast to get help with my DVR that has not been working for 4 days. The Rep Bruce was not helping me at all. But WAS in fact trying to sell me a 99.00 year plan that I told him over and over I was not interested in. I just needed a new box. He proceeded harassing me at the point that I was so upset. I told him I do not want to buy any services. I just need a replacement box. He proceeded to say do you want to by the service I said I need to talk to my husband. Then he hung up on me. I was on hold prior to connecting with him for 20 minutes. I have never treated so disrespected by a customer Service Representative in this way.
