Since last few months , I have been receiving terrible internet connection . I raised various complaints following which a technician came and did some work in my apartment. The customer care representative in the chat cannot help in any case. They do not give us solutions. They just keep us waiting. My question is even after doing all these things, why am I not getting the speed which I am paying for . And, why should I pay so much when I am not even getting service of that worth?
I pay 92.83 $ per month (where I should get upto 100 mbps) and I get around 20mbps hardly. This is not acceptable at all. I am frustated so thought of posting it here.
