Terrible Customer Service

Comcast just called me from 507-9445 to put me into a different plan, a little cheaper, but committing me two years. I asked her if I would not loose any channels and she sent me an email to accept the new plan (not requested and/or required by me).   The email did not show a current channel line-up with a new channel line-up , only two package names. So again I asked the woman if I would not loose any Service....The woman screamed at me READ YOUR EMAIL it is all there, you still get phone, tv, and  internet!  When again I asked  her if I would loose any CHANNELS she again screamed that I should look at my email which only showed to PACKAGE NAMES. I wish I had that woman’s name ....She is the rudest customer service and will ruin Comcast Reputation for every call she initites
