Terrible Comcast Cable Box

I would like to request Comcast go through my 3 tv/cable boxes and give me a one day credit for each day I have had to reboot/power-cycle at least one of the boxes per day.... I have already had a comcast tech out; but your boxes are simply inefficient... many times I have a box hang, then an error, which forces me to power cycle in order to get things working again... if you stand by your service then give me one day credit for all the times I have had to power-cycle a box.
