Temp cable still in yard; has my buried cable been turned on?

Hello, I have a temporary cable running across my front yard. I received a message yesterday that my buried cable job has been completed; I haven't seen anyone come out though, and the temp line is still connected. Can I get someone from Comcast to contact me about this? I think the job may not be complete. Thanks.
