Technician cut my wire

Today a comcast tech came out to my home. He was here for about 5 minutes. My internet was working fine, when he left the internet was off and would not work. I took a picture of when he was here because i thought it was strange. I contacted comcast and they won't send a tech out for 4 days! My wife works from home during this time so this is a huge inconvenience. He was being so rude, considering it was the techs fault for this mistake. It is unacceptable for such bad service!

It has been one week and 3 appointments later, after 2 no shows and my internet is still not fixed. They are not even making this a priority ! This is an outrage!

It’s been escalated to an Official Employee to help you out. There’s only 4 days between your first post and today’s post. Maybe instead of wasting time taking a picture, you could’ve asked why he was there
