We recently subscribed to Xfinity (may have been a mistake) and this is the first time using the DVR. However, when trying to record a program we get 'DVR Service Unavailable or is currently disabled. Please call your cable operator. 1-800-XFINITY.  I decided their Chat line instead, long story short, this person could not activate from afar and after a long reiteration of my account indicated there may be something else wrong?  Ya! do you think.  She requested I accept a call from their repair group and I stated of couse, as long as I'm not charged.  She indicated no charge and gave me a date, time and case # to receive the call.  I waited, Iphone at the Ready, NO CALL.  Does the left hand know what the right hand is doing at this company?  Its been my exprience since our enrollment that your online troubleshooting is somewhat of a façade and needs to be more technically reliable to the customer base, the PAYING customer base... It's called CUSTOMER SERVICE......
