Tech visit review

On Jan. 11, 2019, tech Allen Furniss #494 was sent to resolve our TV issues. He is the best tech person we have ever had from Comcast. He did everything possible to resolve all issues, explained everything to us, & did not leave until all was fixed. We give him the highest recommendation.
