Tech Support says they are unable to provision two modems ... help

I recently upgraded to gig service and triple play since it was cheaper. Then I was told they couldn’t setup my account without getting their modem (which I could then return)

So I purchased my own netgear (3.1) and an arris for Emta, but even though I’ve read multiple times on this forum that people have activated 2 devices and then provision the arris for phone only and internet on the netgear.

So after 4 different techs they say they can’t help me.

Can you help me with a direct line or the specific language to tell them that will get both my devices provisioned?
