I have now had 3 technicians out to my new construction home, and each time they have advised that they need maintenance to come out and install a Tap. Each technician has said that maintenance would be out in the next day or so, but it has now been pending over two weeks. I've called customer service and everytime I was told that they can't help with maintenance appointments, but when I've talked to the techs they say that they set up the maintenance through customer service?? Who can I contact to get this maintenance issue resolved?
