Tap for New Construction

We have recently moved into a new townhome building as the first tennants.  Unfortunatly the builder did not prep us or the other tennants moving in this week that there was no tap for Xfinity as of yet.  


I have called in and received ticket # 1526858, but am looking for a solution a bit faster than the 3-5 days it would take to give me a call back.
