I cannot get through the phone system at 1800 XFINITY, and apparently they aren't accepting chat requests to talk to an agent through the website either. Is there a way that I can get into contact with someone who can actuallly help with the issue I am having? Because the automated assistant on the website does not have the answer. I have been trying for 2 days to get in contact with a person.
