I want to talk to an agent in the US. Someone who speaks English as a first language. Someone who uses proper grammar. I do not feel comfortable giving my personal information to someone in a foreign country! Why can't I be routed to a US customer service center if I am in the US? Why can't I be re-routed to the US if I am connected with a Spanish-speaking agent in Columbia?
Also, I requested a call back and did not receive one.
