I have been experiencing both TV and internet issue since May 2020. I moved into a new home in November 2019 and I have the Comcast box in my yard. The box has connections for all the homes opn my side of the street. Recepeion from Nov to May was great, now since a new family moved in May I have both tv and internet signal breakup.
After mulitple calls and techs coming to home, I still get endless terrible TV and Internet service.
