THIS PREPAID SERVICE IS A LOAD OF JUNK

Customer service rep was rude...would not get a Supervisor or Manager for me to speak to...spent 45 min on the phone with them for them to just keep placing me on hold and than rudely hang up on me...they would not refund me my money...keep telling me to call my TV manufacturing to see why it won’t connect! I will never recommend this service to anyone! GIVE ME MY MONEY BACK! I haven’t even had the box for a whole week and i have been on the phone with reps for 4-5 days already back to back! YALL SHOULD BE ASHAMED OF YOURSELFS
