Sudden weak signal - Lost internet connection and channels
I have been a Comcast customer for almost 10 years in my house with no issue. Since yesterday, I suddenly lost connection to the internet and have no signal to few HD channels on the TV.
Cable modem (SB6121) have green downstream light and upstream is flashing, without internet conncetivity. It has been showing blue light (good) forever.
Chatted with the customer support, they just had me restart and powecycle my equipments repreatedly for hours (which I done even before contacting them). The rep seems to be more interested in upselling my package than fixing my problem.
Tech is coming tomorrow. Is there anything I can point to the tech, so we are not wasting our times? Anything tht he should look for (e.g. sudden change in my neighborhood infrastructure maybe)?
