Sudden unexpected Billing Increase - looking for options

I just received notice of a 30% billing increase, called billing department and spoke to a nice lady in the Phillipines who read my account info but did not address problem. Asked for transfer to agent who could help and Kim indicated nothing cheaper. I would like to stay with ComCast but feel there should be an option for basic internet and TV with no agreement. I am interested in an option to retain my subscription. Thanks.
