How much worse can this service be? I was awaiting an important phone call which would have been an automated voice mail. Also, had questions about current Comcast plan (could not find answers online) so rather than tie up already spotty phone service, decided to chat with Comcast about plan. The chat agent obviously had extremely limited mastery of the English language and we were getting nowhere fast - Of course, the call came in and just at that time our several times daily lapse in service occured so not only was I disconnected from chat, I missed the awaited voicemail. Too bad there are no available alternatives, if there were I imagine customer service would improve overnight.
