Subscription Required because of billing issue?

New customer (1 month) to stream. Suddenly today sometime after 5pm all TVs getting subscription required when trying to watch. An hour on the line with technical
Support I am told this is a billing issue where my account was set up as regular cable.
The service was working well for almost an entire month.
The only resolution is for me (after being on the phone for an hour) to call billing tomorrow because they are closed as of 9pm.
I googled this message while I was on the line and found a blog where someone mentioned a billing mix up by Comcast.
I hope in the future you either fix whatever isn’t picked up in your cycles or have support available (yes even your billing dept) 24x7.
This isn’t acceptable as a new customer and honestly there are way too many streaming options out there for mix ups like this to occur.
