I have just spent the better of an afternoon on the phone and online chat with an assortment of customer service / tech support representatives.
The kindest description I can offer of these reps is "Incompetent".
How can I submit a complaint about this?
I just got off the phone with a WOW!! This person deserves recognition for the way he handled my account of the charges.. He found out that I had been charged for the technician to come over and fix the problem, after a Supervisor had said that the charges were legit.. Thank you so very very much for your time and consideration in this matter, and I just wanted to give credit where credit is due.. Good customer service is so hard to come by!!! Thanks again for your time and help with my account!!!
