I just returned an unopened box with equipment at the ONLY store open in my area. I had to wait outside in a line to get in first and after I get inside, I am told to open and remove the equipment and take the boxes home with me?? Really!! I followed my demands because I had no other choice and afterwards, with my empty boxes in hand, directed to follow the tape lines to a circle to wait. I watched as 3 employees with no masks were playing dominoes in the corner of the store. I stood and waited til another employee asked if someone was going to help me. One employee reluctantly got up and came to help. This is another example of the lackluster service from xfinity. I had to drive 20 minutes away to the only store open, to watch employees playing dominoes. I understand now the frustration others have expressed on social media. Very poor customer service!
