Stood up by Comcast

I have installed all equipment. Comcast tech was set to arrive Saturday 2/23 to make the tap hot. Called Comcast again and they could not tell me why he did bit show up. They rescheduled this for today 2/25. I called today to confirm the appointment and was told they did not know if someone would make it out today or not. They stated that it still was not assigned. The communication is terrible. My wife has had to go elsewhere so that she can work. I will be sending the equipment back in the morning. No excuse! if Comcast don't have time to do their part to provide me the service they need to stop trying to sell it
