Not sure how much longer i can hold out until I comit to another provider....
9/19 - Online order, appears it never went through even though I received an appt notice. I had to redo everything from scratch with a CS which took 2hrs.
10/3 - Tech came out and said something is blocking the conduit and need drop/bury team to clean out
11/X - Another appointment sent via email but no one showed up
Since then a whole bunch of phone calls to CS and Drop/Bury team and was told they needed to dig up the street even though there is an existing conduit in place. I think i stop calling in early November as I have been on the phone at least 20hrs already
12/26 - whole bunch of markings on the street and flags on my lawn and others ( still no communication from OCC or Comcast)
Can anyone from Comcast tell me the status and provide some kind of timeline?

12/29 - appears they were trying to dig a tunnel to run another conduit accross the street. My neighbor told me they dug up 3 of my neighbors lawn but failed to run the conduit due to breaking 2 drill bits. I dont ever get a call or any communication from Comcast, OCC , or the contruction team.....I just wait to hear it from my neighbors..

I have forwarded this information to Tech Ops and Construction asking for progress updates. I will keep you updated with any information they pass along to me.
MrJonC -- I do have an update on this. OCC did make an attempt to run this line through the street however progress was stopped due to rocky conditions. A permit has been reconditioned with the city of Folsom. OCC is waiting for this permit to be received and they'll continue progress.
MrJonC -- OCC got back to me letting me know they've worked with the city on having this permit reconditioned to allow them to do an open trench across the street. Logistics are currently being worked out with the city and are working towards having this scheduled within 2 weeks.

2/14 - Construction came out and dug up the street and ran a conduit to the opposite side of the tap box
3/1 - No updates or communication since the 2/12
* Talking to my neighbors...the one that got his lawn destroyed told me that OCC doesnt want to use the conduit that was put in. They are requesting another street cut closer to my house 25yards down from the first street cut. Is this true?

Our legal team requires that we verify this information when there has been extended time between correspondence.
MrJonC -- OCC got back to me and let me know that they did have to alter their pathway. They'll run a service line once they're street cut project is finished.
