Still waiting for new address to be added to availability database......

I've been waiting over two weeks for Comcast to add my new address to the availability database so that I can complete my move.  Several months ago I paid Comcast to install a pedestal near the site of my new house, that has been completed, however, my address is still not in the availibility database.  How long does it take to add or who do I need to call to get this address added so that we can move service?

 

I've called Customer Server everyday for the past 2 weeks for updates but there have been no updates with my ticket.
