For over a week I get the same customer service, " Your service will be restored by tomorrow at 11:00 am or 11:00pm. Finally, someone at the Xfinity office said " Honestly, we really don't know, I get that it takes time but no information is bad information if you are trying to run a business. Why not post outage areas with honest times that service is expected to be restored. Comcast's bad service makes my services look bad to my clients who depend on me. Faster than DSL doesn't matter if there's no service.
