A technician was here this past Wednesday to fix my TV service. It had been out for about 1 week prior to his visit. He said that a contractor would contact me to set up an appointment to have new fiber optic cable placed in my apartment. I have not received a call or any contact from anyone.
It's going on two weeks without cable service yet I'm paying $200 for this. Will I be getting a credit for this lack of service??
