Still have equipment need service reconnected

Still have equipment need service reconnected

I still have all my equipment. I need to pay my balance minus the equipment charge because I still have it and want to get balance paid and equipment hooked back up. Can't get a hold of anyone in customer service. Hoping I can get $100 early termination waived.
