I spoke with an agent at approximately 4:30 AM MST Monday morning and they said someone would be calling me because of the horrendous service that I have been getting from Xfinity. It is Thursday and I am still waiting on the call. I still do not get channels that i am expected to pay for because the techinician that is supposed to work on the filter has not shown up 2 times!!!!!!!!!!!! Direct TV here I come!
