Can you tell me when I can expect my modem to arrive and my phone and internet service to begin?
I purchased new internet and phone service last week. I have not received a modem. The website only tells me that my account is being set up. The virtual agent bot has no relevant answers.
I understand that this is an extremely challenging time for everyone, but it's very difficult for our family to satisfy essential needs (e.g., grocery shop online, etc.) without internet or phone service.
