Shawn the technician was out on 7/7. He noticed blips in our service and our neighbors too. He was going to recommend a bucket truck come out to fix it. No bucket truck has come. I was kicked off an important zoom session thanks to this internet issue. I can no longer work from home because of the internet situation. We had this problem once before. I received a call today from someone I could barely understand that she would schedule a technician to visit this Thursday 7/16 (earliest). A TECHNICIAN HAS BEEN HERE AND IDENTIFIED THE PROBLEM. ITS YOUR LINES OUTSIDE. Not only me...my neighbor too who is too frustrated to deal with this. PLEASE SEND A BUCKET TRUCK AND FIX THE PROBLEM. I AM AT MY WITS END WITH COMCAST.
