Spent 1+ hour on phone changing plan with you, and changes not made

i spent over an hour on the phone wtih Xfiniity a month ago to change my plan; after waiting almost an hour for a representative .  logging in weeks later i see no plan change in effect, no change in price that was promised me; oh and you changed my bill preferences without my permission so i didnt even receive anything in the mail to alter me to the fact that you overcharged me.  

I called your support line, but you are not open so the best i can do is post my grievance here.  

i dont know how you can do busines this way.
