Speak to Agent from Solutions/ Loyalty Department

Today is 12-31-2017 at 12.57 PM Eastern Standard time. I called and got someone from the Philippines who was not able to help me. She said I needed to speak to someone tomorrow. I needed to speak to an Agent in the USA with the Solutions/Loyalty Department today. She told me they were not available today. Can you help me, is this True?
