Someone help, please.

4 hours on the phone about this yesterday for nothing? Lied to by customer service & retention.
3/25/2020 - I agree to double play 2 year contract , blast internet(300mbps)/voice. I have order records and consent. I enjoy blast internet for a month.
4/30/2020 - I discover my plan has been changed without my consent back to performance internet.
5/1/2020 - I eventually reach someone who says "no problem, we can get you back to that contract but we'll need to send you a rental modem that's voice compatible, blast internet (300 mbps) will start back up at midnight".

Order confirmation comes later, he signed me up for performance internet... again?

Someone please help!
