So upset with service!

Every month since I started service in June, my service gets turned off and say I haven't paid my bill. I'm on autopay and have never had a late payment. The most frustrating thing is not being able to get a hold of anyone to help me. The 3rd time this has happened, the customer service person was rude, thought I was lying, and said he would warm transfer for me to tech support, which he didn't. I waited onhold for almost 45 minutes to get an agent. Everytime they say they are going to figure out why this is happeneing and every month it happens again. This last time I was supposed to get a call from a supervisor, which never happened. I'm in graduate school and work full time and don't have an extra minute to dedicate to shenanigans like this with my internet. I'm planning on cancelling my service and paying the penalty because its so frustrating, I don't care. I just need out and away from comcast.
