Comcast could have proactively sent a message about slow internet. I’m paying for 100 Mbps and getting 2-5Mbps most of the day. When I got thru to call center they sent signal to “fix” the problem. They then sent two techs to “check” the lines. I’m pretty sure the tech didn’t even get out of his van. They know what we all are experiencing and are just playing dumb to avoid massive refunds. Shamefully robbing customers and causing stress. I just want to completely unplug.
