Slow Internet Connection and No Technician Arrived!

I have slow internet connection. 8 MBps and it is suppose to be 250 MBps.

Called a Jean at Customer Support at 8:45 A.M.  She scheduled a technician to come out from 1:00 P.M. - 3:00 P.M.  No one showed up!

I called again Customer Support at 3:00 P.M. and another one is scheduled for 3:00 P.M. to 6:00 P.M. today.

I have called Customer Support since 5:00 P.M. just keep getting cut off.

Is their "Customer Support" Marketing Campaign on the TV and Radio just B.S.???

 

A customer technician still has 13 minutes to show up!

 

WOW!  I thought Comcast was better than this!
