I'm having frequent signal degradation issues on all my tv set. Programs will freeze, no sound and get the message, "Please try again later". There are no reported outages in my area. This problem is ongoing and I need a solution. I have done all the troubleshooting suggestions that X1 provides and none have worked. I have done this repeatedly. Trying to get someone to chat with a that's a human being on the website is impossible. The "Chat" client is a dead end if the problem isn't solved the first go round. I have done the system refresh to no avail. I need a service person to come out here and get this fixed, soon. Can you help!
